What does Neillton Design do?
Neillton Design Limited is an architecture, interior design and construction firm in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide architectural design, design and build (construction), interior architecture and project management for homes, offices and hospitality spaces.
Are you an architecture firm or a construction company?
Both. Our architects, interior designers and builders work as one team, so the people who design your project also manage its construction on site. You get one contract and one point of contact from the first sketch to handover.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
Our office is in Yaba, Lagos. Most of our projects are in Lagos, including Ikeja, Lekki Phase 1 and Ilashe Beach, and we also work in other parts of Nigeria, such as Anambra State.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Residential, commercial, hospitality and interior projects: private residences, beach houses and apartment buildings, corporate offices, a beachfront resort and spa, and short-stay apartment interiors.
How does a project with Neillton Design work?
Every project follows five stages: a first consultation, research and site survey, design concept, finalised design, and execution through to practical completion and handover.
