A design and build studio for contemporary spaces in Lagos.
We bring architecture, construction and interiors together under one roof, taking every project from first sketch to final finish.
Neillton Design Limited was founded to close the gap between how a building is designed and how it is built.
A multidisciplinary practice spanning architecture, design and build, and interior architecture. From private residences and beach houses to corporate offices, we take every project from first sketch to final finish with clarity and purpose.
Working as one team means design decisions are carried through to site without being lost in handover. Clients deal with one point of contact, one programme and one standard of quality from start to finish.
To deliver high-quality work with integrity, precision and accountability, through strong planning, clear communication and skilled execution.
To shape how Lagos lives and works through contemporary architecture that is carefully designed, honestly built and made to last.
What guides every project we take on
Integrity
We are honest about cost, time and risk, and we stand behind the work we deliver.
Precision
Details are drawn, checked and built with care, from structure down to the last joint.
Accountability
One team owns the outcome, so there is always someone responsible for getting it right.
Craft
We work with skilled trades and good materials, and we value work that lasts.
We don’t just aim to meet expectations. We aim to exceed them.
From the beginning, our mission has been simple: to deliver high-quality work with integrity, precision and accountability. Together, we will continue to build with purpose, lead with integrity and shape environments where people can live, work and thrive.
