Contemporary spaces built to endure.
We help clients bring contemporary architecture to life, designing and building homes and workplaces that combine strong design, crafted materials, and a deep understanding of how people live and work.
Neillton Designs is a design and build studio based in Lagos, dedicated to creating contemporary spaces with modern precision. We bring architecture, construction, and interiors together under one roof.
A multidisciplinary practice spanning architecture, design and build, and interior architecture. From private residences and beach houses to corporate offices, we take every project from first sketch to final finish with clarity and purpose.
Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality work with integrity, precision, and accountability. Strong planning, clear communication, and skilled execution are the foundation of every project we take on.

Testimonials
“Neillton handled the design and the build, so we only ever had one conversation to have. The house was finished on the programme they gave us at the start.”
